You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.
Certain products such as personal care items, perishable goods, and customized products are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7–14 business days.
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped.
If you need to exchange an item, please contact us at customerservice@ansstores.com with your order number and photos of the issue.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part (defective or wrong item sent).
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping (if applicable) will be deducted from your refund.

Include your order number, reason for return, and photos if applicable.
Our team will provide you with instructions for returning the item.
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
First check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company or bank (it may take some time before your refund is officially posted).
