1. Shipping & Delivery

Q1: How long does it take for my order to ship?

Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days. Delivery times depend on your location:

  • UAE: 3-5 business days
  • International: 5–10 business days, depending on the destination.

Q2: Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we offer international shipping. Please note that shipping times and costs vary based on your location. You can view the exact shipping charges at checkout.

Q3: How can I track my order?
A3:
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order status through the shipping carrier’s website or by checking your order history in your account.

Q4: Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?

We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery, so we cannot guarantee changes once the order is confirmed. However, please contact our customer support immediately at ansshopuae@gmail.com and we’ll do our best to assist you.

Q1: What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) - available for UAE customers only.

Q2: Can I modify or cancel my order?

Once your order is confirmed, we begin processing it immediately. If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible at  ansshopuae@gmail.com. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order is in process.

Q3: How can I use a discount or promo code?
A3:
During checkout, you will see an option to enter your promo code. Simply enter the code and click "Apply" to redeem your discount. If the code doesn’t work, make sure it is still valid and correctly entered.

3. Returns & Exchanges

Q1: What is your return policy?
A1:
We offer a 30-day return policy on most items. To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
  • You must provide proof of purchase.
  • Certain products like personalized or opened items are not eligible for returns.

To initiate a return, please contact us at ansshopuae@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions.

Q2: How long will it take to receive my refund?
A2:
Once we receive your returned item and it is inspected, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days. The funds will be credited to the original payment method. Please note, depending on your bank, it may take an additional few days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Q3: Can I exchange an item?
A3:
Yes, exchanges are possible if the item is faulty or damaged. Please reach out to us at ansshopuae@gmail.com to request an exchange and we will guide you through the process.

Q4: Do I have to pay for return shipping?

If you are returning an item due to a defect or shipping error, we will cover the return shipping costs. For all other returns, you will be responsible for the return shipping fees.

4. Account Management

Q1: Do I need to create an account to shop?

You do not need an account to shop with us. You can check out as a guest. However, creating an account will allow you to track your orders, save addresses, and enjoy faster checkout in the future.

Q2: How do I create an account?
A2:
To create an account, click on the “Sign Up” button at the top of the page, fill in your details (name, email, password), and follow the prompts to complete registration.

Q3: I forgot my password. What do I do?
A3:
If you’ve forgotten your password, simply click on the “Forgot Password?” link on the login page. Enter your email address, and we’ll send you a link to reset your password.

5. Product Availability

Q1: What should I do if the product I want is out of stock?
A1:
If an item is out of stock, you can sign up for a back-in-stock notification on the product page. We’ll notify you as soon as the item becomes available again.

Q2: Can I pre-order an out-of-stock product?
A2:
Currently, we do not offer pre-orders. However, we restock popular items regularly, so be sure to check back or sign up for notifications.
